    FS: Mac Tools Plasma Cutter

Working the sheet metal on the Porsche? Plasma cutters come in real handy for cutting out the rust areas...

I have a Mac Tools (branded) 115v Plasma Cutter than has seen MAYBE 5hrs of use. I bought it to help a friend of mine build a vintage-race '64 vette roadster for Dick Guldstrand a couple of years ago - it's been sitting ever since. I'd like to see it go to a good, working home. Consumables (tips, etc) are readily available from NuTec (the actual maker of this unit).

New Plasma cutters are ungodly expensive...save the money and buy mine.

    $650 plus gas for delivery

I'm not going to ship it - it's too heavy. I will be happy to meet you anywhere within a few hours of zip 93555 (High Mojave Desert).

Either PM me here or email thom(at)pmletter(dot)com or thomkuby(at)verizon(dot)net

    Thanks for looking
    Cheers
    R/Thom

Stock image - not my unit...if interested I can send along some shots of mine. Looks exactly like this one.

    Still here...

Still have this unit - it's very nice and needs a new, working home

    Quick question:
What is the thickest metal it will cut?
    Please pm me model number.

We are looking for a plasma cutter for use at the fire station

    Thanks!
