    Did Porsche offer black headliners in 1972 911T's?

    If so, under what conditions (specific interior colors only, etc.)? If it was it an option might it show up on a COA?

    They came in light beige, prior to that in light grey (on most SWB's).
    I recall black headliner was optional on 73' RS, though.

    I dont know about street cars or T's specifically BUT there is a 1972 ST (early production as well) that I know of that has a black headlining and has had from new. I think from photos its sister car did as well.
    both cars came with standard black leatherette interior - interior code 11

    it MIGHT show up on a COA but i suspect that would be a long chance - it DID show up in the RS book specs where fitted but not with an associated option code. it does not appear on the excerpt from the factory documentation for the ST's i mentioned above
