Thread: Light Yellow ST in Progress

I'm still riding high from that hill climb with JB....can't get that roaring engine out of my head, and those Gs...in the little beast. It's got my head somewhat disoriented....so much so that I had a dream last night....I was at LeMans....

    Hallo Gib.
Great! This are the Moments in live, that never forget!

Marco's 1972 Toad Hall ST will be on display at the Porsche factory paddock at Rennsport VI. Porsche invited Marco and asked if he would consent to having his car shipped for over for the event because of the historical significance of this special Michael Keyser ST. Be sure to stop by and see this Light Yellow rolling piece of art.

Lots of fun at RRVI this time...the Toad Hall ST got a lot of attention in the Porsche Classic building display. Michael Keyser and Jurgen Barth both attended and signed the book telling the story of how this famous ST was saved by new owner Marco H of Zurich. R Gruppe founder Cris Huergas welcomed Marco as a new member, and Michael Keyser as an honorary member. This 72 911 ST really represents the founding principles of R Gruppe...a pre-74 911 modified with Sports Purpose parts...in this case by the factory.

TWO MARCOS....TLG's Marco came by to see the car and was greeted by ST owner Marco. Bob Aines, owner of a black 72 ST now being restored, joined Cris H. and me in welcoming Marco to the RG.

    Happy Thanksgiving to all.....

The engine is finally coming together...center lubed cams, Mahle 10.3 P/Cs, twin plug, RSR oil filter and pressure control, early aluminum case, and high butterfly injection soon to be mounted.
