    Anyone headed to the Glen for the NASCAR race this weekend

    Headed to the Watkins Glen this weekend for the Heluva-good nascar race?

    Well, I am flying into Rochester, NY on Thursday from my home here in Carmel, California. But I will miss the 'Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at the Glen' Nascar race since I have to attend my 1964 8th Grade Graduation Class Reunion from St. Margaret Mary's in Irondequoit on Saturday night. But an old friend of mine from Fairport is going with his grandson. Let us know how that 'Heluva Party' goes down!

    My Crystal Blue '70 911E Targa was driven at the Glen extensively from 1970 to 1985 by the previous two owners and it was one of my favorite tracks back when I was a member of NNJ PCA 20 years ago! It is a beautiful place and was home to the US Grand Prix during my youth! Saludos, z356

    By far the best racing in the US. They actually pass on the race track! To bad it rained out. These guys need to be prepared to run wipers and rain tires!
