Wow. Holland and Kingston. There is a small town near there, Meanies, lots of Kingstons live there. Most of my ancestors are from Ireland, Scotland, and England.

    40 Years Later ....

Thank you, Mr. Greenjeans. Despite the heat, it was a good time with nice cars and great people.

Yes, the 911 will be at Elkhart Lake and Road America, Wednesday through Monday. It will be on the street Saturday night. A quick turnaround after Parade but I didn't want to miss either one. Crazy! Everyone is looking forward to it, especially the little ones. We will have four kids with us under five. That is another kind of fun. So besides cars, it will be swimming, playing in the park, finding favorite cars, and ice cream. It doesn't get much better!

The first time I went to RA was in April 1978 for a Trans-Am Race. Highway 67 was a hilly, two-lane road and Jim was driving a bit fast. We had to pull over because I was sick to my stomach. Not a good beginning, but I went back in September for my first Can-Am race. Now, 40 consecutive years later, I am still going to RA.

How things change, but stay the same ...

Congrats Candyce. Looking forward to seeing you at the car shows in Elkhart.

4 kids under 5? Wow. Are you sometimes tempted to dip into the little one’s diaper to do stone chip touch-up? Drop the ones who can walk at my paddock and I’ll put em to work!

    See you next week.

Parade is in Boca next year. Should be about as nice as the Savannah GA Pararade.

You don't go to Florida in July. It's called the off-season for a reason.

Just hilarious, maybe a "Frank Beck Classic" comment! Thanks for the bellylaugh. Looking forward to RA and seeing you and your family. We will stop by your trailer.

Yes, SitHot, Boca will be hot and humid. The weather at Tan Tara was exhausting. After the Concours, you couldn't do much else but relax. What can you do in Florida in July? A drive to the Everglades? Boat Tours? Fishing? Golf?

Thank you, Chuck. Looking forward to this. RA in '71 was a long way from CA. You never how it will turn out. I can never beat an exotic automobile. But, I will give it my best try. A poster was made showing Sepia at RA in '73 with some nice vintage photographs. She was was just a "baby."

It is always a good time,
