Disassemble including that AC contraption. What a bad idea...AC in a 67 911S. Attachment 225807

It was lot of work for Joe to address all the holes that it took to get this AC unit installed. I debated whether to go with or with AC and seen a note from Frank Beck about the ramifications. I opted out because this car will more than like not see the road on hot Arizona days.

Car looks great, would be interested to know your plans for painting the interior cabin? I am around 4 months away from painting my own car and would like to match what would have come out of the factory in terms of how the cabin air was blown in etc.. any wisdom in this area that you can share?

After a long hard road on the bodywork we are close to paint, but taking a short breather. A lot of attention was paid to getting the door gaps just right. I had seen a car restored in Phoenix AZ by one of the top rated high-end shops and it was a beautiful car, but with the front door gaps at the top being being maybe 8mm and the bottom being 4mm really had me dumbfounded how they or the owner could let the car get painted with such a obvious flaw. It really stood out and I took note.
