    Stop by the shop and I'll show you a factory ski rack for your Targe. There was, also a roof rack but not until a bit later than your car, I believe. I had a NOS factory roof rack for a Targa a few years ago. What a large piece of s*^t.

    Saw this rack at the Los Angeles swap meet two weekends ago at their table in the ballroom on Saturday. Looks fantastic. Saw a few on customer cars at the Sunday swap.
    Just ordered mine from their ebay listing.
