    Factory Roof Rack....new reproduction

Well, this one took longer than anticipated as well, but I feel good in posting pics as all the pieces are in place and production should be here in a couple of weeks, the only items I haven't received "in" is the rubber and brackets.

The brackets I had done in a couple of different finishes, and I went with the slightly "brighter" finish.

Everything you seen in this picture is a pre-production sample, with the exception of the leather straps. I haven't finished that product yet.

The rack itself is made in the USA, completely tig welded. Will easily support tires. It was chromed in the same shop that I use for the muffler tips and all my other products.

Pricing isn't quite finalized yet. It's expensive to make, but I think the pricing will be reasonable, I just need some last bits of info on metal finishing.

I started with my own NOS rack, and had everything reproduced "identically".

    tks,
    Eric

Ditto! Nice rack, Eric. Somehow that doesn't sound right saying that to a guy!!!
I have the Amco version, which I love. But have always been torn between the two. Look forward to hearing the pricing.

    Hi Eric

I would like to have one - shipping to Norway might be expensive.
I did see your other parts this spring in Essen so I trust the quality will be excellent.
