This is the turbo panel referred to. Same strong angled pattern, but obviously much different otherwise.

Both these panels are claimed to be 1968 911L or 911S elephant pattern panels.

VIN's of cars with 99xx codes. Note that these are all very early cars, and I think that is significant.
