    Does seem strange, maybe has later front wings with 2 screw attachments? My research tells me that the transition to 2 screw was around December 65 / January 66.

    Yes really Bill, that was the extremely rare option M499: The secret PDT (Porsche Development Team in Werk II, on the lower left of the building) called them "Not show up in picutres side-lights"!!!
