One of the most important factors I consider when purchasing a vintage 911 is whether the seats match the gauge color.

This car is about 15 miles from me. If someone wants a trusted pair of boots on the ground let me know.

Not only that, Frank, but the dash pad appears to match the hue of the wood dash fascia.

AZ is hard on interiors. The dash never had a chance. Fortunately that is the least of your problems with this example. NOTE: Please do not attempt to "light the heater!" It might finish the project once and for all.

AZ is hard on interiors, exteriors, and people who complain about our politics.

    I don't make the rules.

    I just enjoy living here.

Not mine, just saw this 1965 300425 for sale on Craigslist, $83K
Non matching engine 909357 which I believe is a 1967 normal
The front slam panel looks incorrect as well as aluminum VIN tag placement

Why is a car on Los Angeles Craig's List when the car is in Fairfax, VA???

    Was burgundy, now painted red.

I'm a few miles away if anyone wants a quick drive by.

Also, I can recommend a few NoVa shops for a PPI if needed.
