Is there anywhere to catch a glimpse of these cars tomorrow (Saturday). Will be in the LA area for the day and would love to see them in person if there are any planned stops or meeting points.

Thanks to everyone that participated and helped out. The event was fantastic ! Thursday was overcast till the afternoon, with nice road conditions. Then we attacked Parkfield Grade, which lured us like a mermaid's song towards sure destruction on the hills below . But we all negotiated the slick muddy conditions and made our way back to asphalt . The cars were "leaking dirt" for the next couple of days and the local coin wash made a fortune. (Even if they had to clean out their drain system from the clay dropping off our steeds!) . Thursday night kept a few of us up with incredibly loud thunderstorms and the fall of water thru the night.
Friday morning's driver meeting was held in the wet, but fortunately it was light rain. As we exited Paso, the local roads were slick and spotted here and there with more mud droppings from our previous day's journey. The rain eased up and we enjoyed some fantastic roads, scenery, and "formation flying" ;-) .
Baja Cantina closed the main dining room to accommodate us inside, for lunch. A few of us visited David Mohlman's collection at the airport. Then the choice of two routes back to Paso beckoned. Sporadic rain, sunshine; it did not matter as we had a great time.
Saturday was clear skies and more leisurely (right?!) with a sprint thru the winery roads. Then some new adventures that led us back to the Estrella Warbird Museum. Cool place as they keep adding more planes and exhibits to the place and Dick Woodland's car collection exhibit right next to the runway. A farewell lunch and we all bid each other adieu till next year.
Hope to see your pics soon , and Chuck thanks for the assist. I promise to fill my thirsty 6's gas tank BEFORE we start off next year ;-)

Thank you for the post Dave, sounds like the wet weather didn't dampen the event.<O</O
