PDF sent Mark (and Bob and carmelskip)

Any feedback, errors or upgrades please let me know.

    Mick

For earlier recipients I have added the following as I received feedback that folk were unclear how to set the adjustment screw.

    Final adjustment

Put your multimeter across the two terminals and turn the adjusting screw on the back plate (see plate 4) until you get a contact between the two – I put mine on the ‘buzzer’ continuity setting and turn the screw. You want to achieve the setting where the buzzer is sounding but turning the screw any further causes it to stop. At this point the contacts are closed, but when the magnet pulls the metal block on the vibrating plate down the contacts open, the field collapses, the contacts close and the cycle is repeated – quickly!

Everyone who asked should now have the pdf. I had some trouble with some as the file size was getting too large, so I have reduced the resolution of the photos. Let me know if this is a problem. As usual any errors, upgrades or feedback appreciated.
