I looked back at my old emails and I have 28 detailed photos of the body.
The quote for body repairs was approx $5k with another 8-10 for paint.
Realistically if it was to Sb'd some of that work could be done a little cheaper and much of the paint would not need to be done.

To me this car borders on being too original... But I suspect I'm in the wrong forum
Tim, I agree. There's around $15k bodywork (unless you're up for having a go yourself - I would if I was taking it racing), and I understand there is significant gearbox noise ($5k for a good rebuild), plus whatever attention the engine needs (you can't just turn a T engine into an S). All of a sudden it's a $50k+ car, do you still race it?
