    Haha John, that very funny.

    My take is 50k is not too much to race it. You'd be hard placed to shift, Andy's, Ryan or my car from me for under 70k (imho), Ryan's more. This car as a log booked and completed car, assuming its been done right should be worth the same money.

    I don't think its too nice for an Sb car.

    I'm calling $10K for trans by the time you put in a LSD and re-gear it. Maybe a new ring & pinion?
    $15-20 on the engine
    Roll Cage $2k
    Suspension $2k
    I reckon $70 k minimum on track and vaguely competitive......

    Bodywork wold be less for a race build. Agree on the other cost, but I think would be competitive not vaguely competitive for that investment.

    Well probably not me....!

    But which would you choose, Wayne's LHD that has a 'done' body, cage & suspension but still needs mechanical, or this one in RHD which needs everything but has the steering wheel on the 'right' side?
