Welcome to the Registry Michael. It's good to be on a first name basis. Very nice '72 indeed.

Thanks, Jens. I will be in "Therapy" this week end visiting the Hershey event. It looks like we will have decent weather only a little cool but NO rain.

Hi guys, wanted to post and introduce myself. New to this forum, but been around the Porsche community for a number of years. Not sure if any of you local guys frequent the West Chester Cars and Coffee, but I am a regular there. I currently have a 1988 930 Turbo Cab and will be getting a 1970 911T Targa in about two weeks, so I am trying to gather as much information as possible on the car. If anyone is local to the Media, Glen Mills, Chadds Ford area, I would love to see an older car up close before traveling to make my purchase. I am curious to see exactly where all the chassis, vin, and engine numbers are so I make sure everything is on the up and up before I purchase the car.
    Thank you,

    Kevin

    Kevin,
A small group will be at C&C this weekend. Scot Withers is our resident Targa expert. He has a sweet 72T.

Any C&Cs coming up or Frenchtown breakfasts? I'm down for it.

    Hey there,

Not sure if you get out to the cars and coffee in West Chester, but its a great group and big turn out. We will get anywhere from 40-80 cars on most saturdays. As well, a nice showing of vintage Porsches along with everything else you can imagine.
    Thank you,

    Kevin

Congrats Luke. I was watching that one on Pelican. By far the best bang for your buck.

Looks nice Luke. You bought this just to give Monde Targa envy, right?

I had been looking for a hotrod was hoping for a long hood. The prices did not represent a wise value for a long hood that would be predominately a "Luke" event driver. I kept watching this car. It was, IMO, hampered by the Targa configuration. Rob and I came to a agreement.

The car is hard core, kick a$$, 3.6 Vram Motor, Brembo brakes, upgrade suspension...... all top notch....... can not wait to get it on some of our frequented curves.......
