    Mr. M, I was not very clear that the Snow Shoe I was referring to is the one in PA, just north of I-80 mid state, and not it's southern cousin. Which might get a visit also.
    The driving would be in the Allegheny National Forest.

    Actually summer is probably a better time for the Alleghenies anyway, didn't Reza run into snow covered roads up that way last spring? April might be too early for the salt and sand to be off the roads.
