    Went for a brief maiden voyage - drives pretty nicely and boom gates don't look like they will be an issue.

    Nicely understated. With a few subtle tweaks such as more appropriate wheels and perhaps a colour from the 356 range, or its original slate grey, this could have rolled of the production line back in the day...

    Nice addition to the collection.

    Regarding nomenclature...

    How about the Elfster... The 911s are referred to colloquially in Germany as Elfs (contraction of the eleven in the full name).
