New fuel tank, worrying about the correct finish

It looks like I will need a new fuel tank for my 70S since the current one is rusting from the inside.
My current tank has the classic Würth stone guard (now completely black, used to be grey? ) finish which I would like to match, assuming that the new fuel tanks that Porsche offers come in plain primered metal.

The main issue I have is that the "Würth SKS Schutz" product mentioned on these forums is nowhere to be found in Europe. The closest thing I’ve found is this:

    Name: 02820152.JPG
Views: 334
Size: 14.1 KB

Which is called Würth Sabesto Steinschlag und Korrosionsschutz. It seems to have the same product number and properties (water based, do not store below 5°C, comes in black and grey, …) as the SKS. Can anybody confirm that this is in fact the same product with a different label?

And if anyone happens to know a german company specializing in Porsche tank restorations, I’d appreciate a hint. I know there’s a german company that does all the tanks for the Porsche Classic Zentrum but can’t find their name or address anywhere on the internet.

    Thanks

I just used some on my '66 tank, same product, different label. It's the water- based schutz that goes on gray. You have to paint it dark bronze when you're done. It works great! Be sure to lay it on VERY thick.

Great news, thank you for confirming my suspicion! I should have figured the SKS out myself. :roll eyes:
I will order two bottles and a gun as soon as the würth webshop lets me.

I read somewhere that all early 911 tanks were finished in the grey SKS-Unterbodenschutz but turned black due to discoloration of the Würth product when exposed to UV-rays. Is that correct?
My car is relatively original and the tank looks pitch black to my eyes. However when I spilled some fuel on the bottom of the tank while emptying it, the surface slowly turned grey.
