WTB - 1969 Emergency Switch Needed

    Hey all,

I'm re-doing my dash and need a nice 1969 emergency flasher switch. I'm fairly sure the 1969 switch is unique for that MY, and I'm looking for the real deal. So if you have a flasher switch, and you're SURE it's a 1969, please let me know. I prefer one in very good shape, but driver quality would suffice as long as it works and has all the pieces/parts, including the small round metal plate that goes around the switch on the dash-face... the one with the warning text.

Part number for the switch itself is: 901 613 623 02

    Example:

    Thanks,

    Jordan,

I have a driver quality one that I could let go. Its not going anywhere anytime soon, so if you want to hold out for a nice one, I'll keep you in front. It has the badge, but it is wrinkled in places. I am also certain that it is the 69 MY switch. I will get pictures for you tonight.

I'm curious if it's this one you bought from Cornpanzer a couple years back?:

I've got this one. the rubber has some cracks but I'll look for a better rubber on another switch.

No, that is being used as a fog light switch and I have a couple of others if that is what you need. That one is part number 901.613.623.01. The 69 only is part number 901.613.623.02 and has 6 connectors plus the bulb connector (which ties back to one of the 6), resulting in 4 wires + ground wire running to this where the pre-69 had only 2 wires + ground. Did you need the one like the link (01 switch) or the one posted by haycait911 (02 switch)? BTW his label is much nicer than mine.

Edit: Just saw you added a picture of what you are looking for. Did you need chrome bezel or plastic? My 69 has chrome, whereas the one in your picture is plastic.

    Thanks, guys!

Yes, I need part # 901 613 623 02, which seems to be the one that haycait911 is offering....maybe you both are offering the correct switch, but I definitely don't want the 01 version. haycait911, what do you want for yours, and do you have a PayPal account?

Will at CSP has new rubber covers for these switches. A very worthy upgrade if yours is cracked and brittle.

Hey, thanks for that. I know Dave from TRE has them, or did, but it's always good to have a back-up source.
