Ah, I must have spoken with Greg this morning about some instrument lights. Thanks Greg, you were a huge help!

Bump to an old thread but an update of sorts.

Based on this thread and the recommendations of others I ordered a pair of repro front end caps from SMC to replace the tired originals on my car after having the front bumper repainted. When the paint and body guy went to install them on the car he found they didn't fit as well as the originals. We took a couple of photos for comparison.

Thankfully Richard at SMC was able to confirm this independently. I returned the repros and order a pair of factory end caps which are a much better and closer fit to the originals.

Old thread alert! Can anyone comment on the rear bumper end caps for 1973 911? I know repops are junk, but need to know if Porsche Classic part is correct? I have been working on refinishing my originals, but it’s a ton of work and still more to go. At this point, I would like new if they are correct. Link to Sierra Madre’s below. Of course, I will call them Monday, but would like some members experiences if possible. Thanks, Mark
