    They are 93mm JE pistons with a 9.5 to 1 compression ratio and nickies. I also had installed Elephant Racing ribbed external oil lines mated to an OEM trombone cooler. It's a sweet set up.

    Thanks Bob. Although an original lime green car, when I purchased the car in late 2010 it was red. Freddie and I were pleasantly surprised when we went to inspect the car that hiding under that red paint was the color I love! What we learned later on as the car was taken down to bare metal was that it in fact had been painted two other colors over the course of its life: black and yellow. This we learned was probably the reason the car had so little rust as the mutiple coats of paint added more and more layers of protection. It's so satisfying to be able to bring a car back to the condition it was originally meant to be.
