I had never seen so many dusty Porsches in one place like at the Emory Campout. A real different kind of Porsche gathering, in a good way. I found everyone so welcoming and friendly…a very special group of people. I met most of the Emory family, a very giving family. During lunch with Rod Emory, I mentioned how I admired not only his manner of banging on metal, but more importantly, what he had before him...a caring and united family. When I saw large crowds of children following Rod seeking more play time, I thought to myself, now there is a man with a big heart…BTW, there was also some incredible cars to see.

Milou, what a great adventure. Looks like so much fun and in a classic Porsche even better. Nice to see.

This is my first post on this forum, so first hello to everyone here. I’m only here because Freddie did a ppi last week on a 82 911sc for me (I didn’t win the auction but that is ok, I “met” Freddie). Want to say just two things - very impressed with Freddie, and second - Thomas, your trip with your wife by your side in a classic sports car driving through Italy is something I hope to also do one day with my wife. “Know What Matters”
