Awesome photos. I particularly like the detail in posting #105. Great work.

This is why we block the panels with lot's of detail...this is why we leave all gaps to specs and flush to each other..and this is why we use high gloss glamore clear and block it then buff to a mirror finish..it all comes together nicely.

Is the clear Tamco or Lesonal? Both have a high solids clear with a similar name. Looks amazing.

Next on the project list is this full numbers matching 1967 911 in Polo Red *305900*. I don't have much history on the car. One thing we do know is that the previous owner obtained the car for the engine. He was building a dune buggy and wanted just the engine and trash the rest of the car. The new owner, had bigger and better ideas for this car and purchased it in San Francisco. The goal with this car is to restore it back to it's original condition. I promise this project will get very ugly before it get's pretty...stay tuned.

I just love to see my UPS guy. Finally my Wilton vise is in. Only the best for my projects! I guess I can call this my "back-to-school" present. : )

They are the best, besides really old antique ones. I have two Wiltons in my shop, one at each end. Need another.

It's official...VINTAGE Sportscar Restorations is moving to the Rogue Valley just five minutes from Ashland Oregon. Folks, I'm excited! As you may understand, it's a big deal relocating your family and business. However, thus far everything has fallen into place. My wife and I will also have the challenge before us to care for older parents who are very ill. Looking forward to getting some clean air and lot's more space for the client cars! The goal is to start January 1, 2014. Should be a wonderful year! The shop is over 2000 sq. feet with an awesome heated spray booth. Also, I will have access to a showroom where many of the completed restorations will be professionally photographed. Although I will no longer be in CA, make no mistake, my clients will still be getting top-notch restoration and service. Since I will only be 5 hours away from the bay area, I have a feeling that my truck and car trailer will be getting lot's of driven miles. It will be a delight driving through the windy roads of this beautiful valley. I thank all of you for your continued support. Freddie

PS. when you visit, please bring your mountain bikes. : )
