This is the only way one can truely say it's a "rust free" car. Dipping in a non acid base chemicals is by far the only way to begin any full restoration. The final rinse is done with phosphate living a film that is read for epoxy…I go to sleep happy knowing I am giving back my client a true rust free 911.

Here is a few shots of what the last coat of finish primer with black guide coat looks like. Final blocking before paint will be 400 grit. Panels are flat and fit flush to each other. Looking down the side of the car once painted will make the entire sides appear to be one entire panel from front to back barely noticing the gaps.
