    Period Photos of 911 Hotrods

    Photos taken 'back in the day' of modified 911s. This may be a very short thread But, I've found a few pics over the years. I suppose certain rally cars without any livery might fit the spirit of the thread too since they are road-registered.

    Don't know any details about these 911s, but loved the driving lights, paint flare treatments on tangerine, and two in a row setting on the sidewalk. At Monaco before the F1 in 1968, hot cars and for me typifying the European grand touring experience of old.
