    FS: @eBay - '71 S

I noticed this '71S on ebay and it looks very interesting. 1 owner car, Pretty close to original, no rust Calif. car, and all the paperwork since Day 1. They claim mostly original paint but who knows. And as it's a '71S, it has Sport Seats. I don't know anything about the seller but I noticed they have lowered the Buy it Now Price from $99k to $93k.

    9111300152

    Ref:

    VIN = 9111300152
    Eng# = 6310232
    Trans# = 7111091

    Bahia red on black leatherette

    From eBay . . .

. . . . 1971 Porsche 911S Coupe: One-owner garaged California car, 100% factory original metal, zero rust or accidents ever. Factory sport seats; all- numbers-matching (engine, transmission, doors, hood, decklid) per Porsche Certificate of Authenticity (COA); pristine factory undercoating and excellent original floors. 108K original miles since new, mostly original paint, beatiful original interior. Sold new in Pleasanton California, original books, sales documents, and service records included. Pampered from day one, never driven hard or abused. One of the finest original examples of a genuine 911S on the market. Garaged California cars are the highest quality original cars in the world, and this rare early Porsche proves why . . .

Plate sequence dates from the early 80's --- plate itself looks like one of the later/current 'environmental' motifs. Expired tags. Carlsen Porsche+AUDI frame . . . front + back

Factory antenna install? No mention of alu bits

    Very nice-looking/sounding car

Yes, this is a nice looking car with great docs. Rick, ask the seller if the lid and license panel are AL for your survey.

PS Love the original perforated bolsters of the seats.

That puts it right about at the "good driver" pricing in Prescott Kelly's Pano article.

Considering current pricing this car appears to be well bought.

    Well bought, huh?

    Stolen, I say

Last eBay car this choice was prolly 9111300499, Brian's (fryardds) Patrick

Buying anything by eBay photograph is probably not the best way to get that 'desired outcome,' but this car? . . . . holy cr@p!

One look at those rocker shots --- the hook was in, for me

Don't even care if the numbers match --- thing's a peach!

Hope it found a Happy Home

    If not, then . . . . this one'll be back. A little fluff & buff, then? . . . off to Europe --- maybe Monterey

    Hhhh

Is it me or is the front underside camber plate sprayed with new paint while it was still on the car? It also looks like the sprayed the sway bar brackets black with a rattle can.
