Hi Tim,
You're a brave man! I'm in the early stages of restoring a 1970S but I've gone the easy way and am using Alan at Canford Classics to make my life easier.
Shame about the timing, we've just been over to visit friends in Brisbane and Byron Bay otherwise I'd have dropped in for a few beers and some warm weather?
Good luck and keep us posted.
Regards
Simon Webb

Aaah the 80's - boxed rockers, hotwire mags and qaud exhuast tips. Good times, good times.
Ps. What the hell is the purple fluffy thing on the wiring loom??

Tim,
You are part of these braves for which "nothing is impossible", giving me the faith to fight the ugly and free up the beauty.
Good luck.

Good luck Tim ! looks like a "project" for sure ! also, Who still has a FLYMO ?....... lol
Its the gymp in the engine bay that is more of a worry than the flymo!
