    checked the part. it is stamped the same on the sender itself as shown in this photo for what is for a 1972 car. obviously the sender is IN the oil, and the part I can read is outside. could just be that, though I do remember it being just bang on list time I checked this stuff.

    I did something I havent done with the car in a very long time. Honestly I dont know if I ever have. Maybe once? I washed it, AND took the roof rack off. Its like I own a different car.

    Seats are sold, new ones paid for... NOS never been in a car seats. For various reasons they've just been tucked away for decades. They were 1 of 2 different seats I was looking for. I found both but these fell into my budget. cannot wait to get them. right now, I have no seats, and its not comfortable to drive on a tupperware bin.

    also, I'm still looking for a taller 5th gear set if anyone has one. I dont need something reminiscent of a diesel but something would help.
