    Spoke w' the current owner last week. The blue car, while a family car, was not Dr. Porsche's. Gorgeous car though.

    Car sold new to NY. I did not know Dr. P lived there.

    I had the original kardex when I considered this car in 2004 and gave it to Raj w/o keeping a copy. If I recall correct was it delivered through Porsche Salzburg but the first registered owner was indeed not Dr. P.

    Mr. Otto Erich Filius , founder of Porsche of America Corp , ordered this 911 s in zwetschgenblaumet. and sold it in 1968 to Lou Marable...
    He is now 98 years old , we had a wonderful time two weeks ago at the reunion with his old 911 S .
