    73 rs undertray

The guys putting the finishing touches to my car are asking did the first seies RS have an undertray below the crossmember?
Neither my car nor another here has one now.
If it did exist, a photo would be helpful.

    David,

    I only have 2 pics.
The longer tray is a proper rally item which may or may not have been fabbed up but the shorter black one has a Porsche part number IIRC.
I'll see if I can find it for you but whether any still exist these days is another story !
Ask Alan @ Canford or Brian F. should know !

    Cheers,
    Dennis

    Dear All

both types protection plates are comming shortly By Porsche we delivered a month ago a big load , have no idea why it takes that long, to put on stock
1 short for normal steel tank, 1 for plastic tanks like the 85 and 110 L
I even made 2 types of skid plates ,1 as seen on the second pic which is org
, plus one type spec made for plastic tanks , this was not org back in the days, but will be out now

    They will not be expensive
