    You make a good point... but c'mon....we have citizens who not only vote Jerry Brown into office, but then they vote a tax increase on themselves so they can have the highest sales-tax in the country.... California is a mess... and I didn't even mention Antonio Villaragosa.

    I bought a car in April and just got a tax bill (nov.) for $175 for title transfer for any car bought from a private party (In Cook County) that was voted for in November of 2011. If I bought it from a dealer no Tax!! I think Daley was still in office go figure.
