Those look like Scheels with the wrong headrests and wrong insert upholstery. Not entirely sure, though.

I agree with Russ, looks like modified Koeings from a teener, now in a Sunbug (?) dunebuggy.
the headrests have a slight E type series 3 look to them, maybe early Toyota or Datsun junkyard dogs ??
