Interesting. It seemed that 90% of the cars spinning or rolling were NSU Prinzs, VW Beetles, 850 Fiats, and the occasional Renault R10. Not too surprising I guess as they are all rear engine cars. More surprising were the number of Opel Kadetts and 2002s, although having had a bad accident in a 2002 I know they can be sketchy at the limit.

More scary were the number of people half thrown out the window, door, or windscreen opening after the glass popped out - amazing no one was crushed.

Swing axle cars seem to roll well! Makes a good case for seatbelts. "I'd rather be thrown clear" not so much.

oh man, now I have that 'funeral dirge' playing in my head of a thousand bugs and notches singing their last chords of life......

and the picture of the carnage piled up like stacked cord-wood is rather chilling......
as well as the person crawling out thru the passenger seat side of the winshield

Holy crap, did you see that one guy run over to his passenger / rider on the bike ? It was like a war scene ! She reaches up and grabs his shoulder.
    Wow
    Best Regards,

That's the famous (and due to the tightening curve often somehow misjudged) section of 'Adenauer Forst' - thank god one of the slower parts of the track.

    Cheers,

Look at the 2nd yellow targa, it has a duck tale S bumper and yellow roll bar and roof... It would love to know what the story on that car is.

Seat belts don't save lives, bellbottoms save lives! My son recently went out on the track in a "tourist lap" session in a renter. I had to sign an agreement that I was responsible for an 8,000 dollar deductable. I have always been amused by those videos;I wasn't that day!
