    Save the date: Targa California April 11-13, 2013

    Our fifth running of the Targa California will take place April 11-13, 2013. Full info and entry details at Targa California by end of the month.

    April 11- 1st day: Leave Los Angeles area (location tba), back roads to planned Buttonwillow parade lap hour. More back roads after lunch to Paso Robles. Planned welcome dinner at the Estrella Warbird Museum and Woodland Car collection.
    Friday April 12: Leave Paso Robles, visit Canepa Design Restoration and Car Collection, planned lunch at Canepa. Return to Monterey for overnite stay, open night.
    Saturday April 13: Leave Monterey, two route options to Fort Hunter Liggett, planned included farewell lunch

    Entries are now open for Targa California 2013. Go to this link http://www.nasaproracing.com/event/1583 and sign up soon. We will be posting more details, other hotels (for April 10 early arrivals, and April 12 Monterey) as soon as the confirmations for us are completed.
    NOTE : Your entry covers driver AND passenger for all three planned meals !

    Me and the new wife are flying in from Thailand on the 22nd of March...so planning on bringing the beast to the Targa from Portland, Oregon.

    working on getting a couple of us to drive out from the NY metro area, fly back, leave the cars out there for a month or two for some other west coast adventures.

    the misses says 'go' so I'd say we are looking good....likely I'll be in the '79 SC, after I do some tweaks this winter.

    We have used a great transporter out of Phoenix, small trailer (enclosed) for around $1200 each way. If we fill the trailer, rates cold come down.
