Value of this badge

I have this badge in the engine grill of my 67. Is it valuable?

Not really... enamel on chrome, sold by many accessory companies circa 1960-70s. The sprocket edge was popular for awhile.

Still see those quite frequently at swap meets. Not very valuable as Russ stated, since not made by Porsche. $20-$40 maybe if you can find a buyer.

same seller. Wishful thinking, I guess, but everyone is free to ask whatever they want. You only need one buyer. I saw at least 3 of these at the last lit meet at $40 or less. I guess I will buy all of them now if this guy sells them at that price. They have been up for 2 months, so it may take a while.

I paid $12.00 US for the same badge and stuck it in a drawer. Painted, not enamel, not very well made, and not very attractive. Proportions of the Porsche logo are terrible.

A seller can ask any price he wants, getting that price is another matter entirely. I wish him all the best selling them because it would make my POS worth more.

Both are the same seller. What makes them rare is the little tag attached that says "Super Rare".

That is why I posted the question. I thought the value would be less than $100. I saw those adds and started to think I should be careful with the badge :-) Actually, I like it and goes well with my sand beige car.
