    CA DMV to take orders for retro license plates

    Anyone else see this? Looks like CA DMV may start to produce vintage style plates if they get enough orders. What are you waiting for?

    W00t, thanks for sharing!
    Still not as nice as the original blue/gold ones from the '70s, but waaaaay better than the current white ones!!
    Wondering if they will accept personalized plates in the original "123_SAM" sequence - that would be really nice!

    No that everyone has registered their old plates...Hmm...seems like good timing to me
