Most Porsche Classic Partner Dealerships usually don't list pricing for early 911s, so its nice to see prices posted for comparison.

Auction Description:
- One of 50 UK delivered matching numbers car
- Superb history file (3 ring binders)
- Current ownership since 1981
- Orginal bookpack and stamped service book
Last owner since 1981 and the V5C is showing two former keepers. 2.4S Targas were only made for the 1973 model year making them an extremely rare find especially one from such long-term ownership. The car has covered 124,000 miles and the speedo is currently showing 24,926. Finished in Silver with contrasting blue check interior and with period Fuch’s alloy wheels the little Porsche still looks smart.
It comes complete with tool roll and tools, and the original Porsche book pack with Owners Manual and stamped Service Book. In the history file is a letter from Porsche Club GB confirming the specification of the car, colours and interior correct and the fact it was delivered new to AFN in March 1973. A letter from Porsche GB also confirms that chassis number 9113310591 was manufactured in Germany in February 1973 to UK specification.

That poor condition silver 911L few pages back said that it was completed March 68 yet it had a aluminum case. I thought al aluminum cases were used up by January of 68? Chris
