'73 S Targa #0830 2.7 MFI rebuilt to RS specs
There is an outfit, John Chambers Motorsports http://jcmotorsport.us/ which used to be in Oceanside. Now they're in Escondido across the street from Autos International.
I don't know if they did this 911S Targa.
It's odd that this well documented nuts and bolts restoration didn't include a set of widely available Hella 128s.

If you google "European Marque specialist in Oceanside, CA" you'll find Classic Showcase, which is a European Marque Specialist but the European marque in which the specialize seems to be Jaguar.

Doesn't have the correct 4 1/2" Fuchs... and I bet I know why ($$$$$$)... so it just doesn't have that '67 S 'look'...
Funny nobody has picked up on the 68 door handles or rocker decos.

Ahhhh the sixties... I envision myself one early Saturday morning wearing plaid shorts, black shoes with white socks smoking a cigarette heading to the hardware store to buy a bag of nails.
SWB cars are an acquired taste however once acquired theirs no turning back.
It doesn't even have correct Hella 128 fog lights which are easy to find (albeit expensive). The correct covered sealed beam headlights are both hard to find and expensive, then there are the seats (no sport seats on the CofA).
All of this is understandable for someone restoring a car to drive oneself but when they're trying to sell the car for top dollar... What are they thinking?

Sold at Amelia Island in 2014 for $195,000. It was not "well executed" by any stretch of the imagination. The SWT craze was on "full boil" at the time.
