I agree. Though one man's ceiling is another man's floor...

I like to see cars like this still out there.

Special bits appear mostly to be intact, ordered with enthusiasm and love of the brand, potentially still at same address on Kardex when found.
Hong Kong, Sweden in documentation mix.

    Interesting.

I'd love to know what happened to the 68 L, 11805340, used as trade in for my 69S. Metallic blue, in period photo.

Per CoA 'Optional Equipment' states a 'Rear Window Wiper', yet no sign of it . . . possibly removed with the after-market A/C compressor and condenser?

You can plainly see the hole where the wiper was. Chris

Perhaps the sport seats were also removed when A/C installed?

Basket weave dash and door panels. I might accept that it's a non-elephant hide car and someone stole the sport seat(s) but how did that elephant hide pass seat get in there?

Cool option list but way too much money for condition and many options unaccounted for.

    Bryce,
As for it being at the same address as Kardex?
Google shows a different house/neighborhood than where it was supposedly pulled from.

Sport seats were likely liberated as that's money you'd never get out of a so-so car needing a lot of attention. Wiper motor and ancillaries too?
Install what seats you can find and roll the dice.

    No thanks.

    Nice sleuthing Mr Beck.
I guess my shock that a car like this would even still exist in a place like Pontiac overshadowed the deeper look.

This car was likely swiss cheese underneath by the Fall of 1970....
