    Hello Graeme

Yes I have it on my list. Reg. Number OA. ...?

I have no doubt this will be a challenging restoration! Best of luck and keep in touch. There are two under restoration in the UK at the moment. Here is one, you may find this thread useful and DDK in general.

    All the best

Only thing I had on the car was that it was listed in the 2004 Coys auction.
When you look at the engine serial, also look for the build # below the type # 901/02 just beyond the serial #.

    That is the car Mike.
First registered 1st January 1967. I think it is quite an early S. How does the chassis number compare with the others on your database out of interest. As you say it will be a challenge but I know I am in very good hands.
I have read all of Visuals thread on DDK.
I'll take a look at the engine numbers when I get to see it.

In terms of chassis numbers, in date order, you have the third car on my list. These three are all in the UK. However, one other car under restoration was sold recently as a '66' by a well know UK dealer and is likely to be in and around the first three surviving. I don't have it's chassis number, don't know if it's matching numbers, and i dont know the buyer but that makes three or four cars built between August and December 66. There is one other 'running' UK car that I don't have numbers for. The rest are all 67 calendar year built.
