901 Transmission Mount Beam - Repair/Replacement Advice Wanted

    Hi

The rubber bushes on the transmission mount beam on my car need replaced. I understand they are not easy to fix and wondered if anyone here has experience of the Wevo/Windrush solution:

Any advice or experience with this or any other solutions would be gratefully received.

    Thanks in advance!

    Stephen

    Hi Stephen,

There was some discussion on this a short while ago. The gist of it was there is a nice tutorial on the 912 board on how to change the bushings at home with normal tools and just a bit of effort. If you search a bit, you'll also see some opinions of the different bushing options (don't have that link handy). Good luck!

    Bill
