Super Flame : My new SC Euro Ziegelrot Metallic

All, I had the opportunity to buy a 911 SC dated 1982 in perfect condition, with low mileage and limpid history since first owner. The engine is broken (unknown). The color is red metallic. I will probably backdate it and use it as a daily driver. It has been stored for more than one year, outside. I will dismount the car and will make it new. I know this is not an early as planned, but sometime you have to catch the opportunity.
    Wish me luck.

    All the best
    Xavier

    Hello Xavier,

Nice gift! My first Porsche was a white SC 3.0, 188 HP. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did with mine. And I hope too that you won't have bad surprises during the renovation… Good luck!

Got it at home, first task : remove the carpets and seats, make the whole car drying... There was water dropping out of the carpets...

Agreed- that metallic red looks real nice. Good luck with the car Xavier. More pics once you clean it up!

Jjust surface rust between the two rear seats around the belt anchors. I'll check the heater blower mottors, thanks.
I am quite happy with I found so far, not much to do but cleaning and replacing gaskets and rubbers.
