Brake upgrade options for 911 year 1967

    Hi all from Bangkok, thailand.

Towards the end of last year, we have finished restoring my RHD SWB, with mostly original parts or aiming for a “factory” finish. However, we all have the little Magnus Walker inside us and tell us to outlaw our rides, so i finally gave into the temptation and decide to put in a slightly modified engine. The result was very satisfying, light chassis, rev happy engine combo, but......

Currently i have installed a pair of impact bumper front brake calipers and i think a pair of horngrill rear calipers, its effectiveness is kind of less than ideal, i don’t have much confidence in them.....

I hope you guys can help me and give me some advice how to upgrade it? Going with the impact bumper turbo calipers would be the way to go, or getting a set of brakes from Tuthill from UK would be another. Is there any other choice out there?

I have attached some of the photos that my friend took for me recently, hope you guys like it

Thank you in advance for all the advices.

    Cheers,

    Paul
