    Clyde,
That is a very well appointed car. German wording up front needs translation but has a lot to do with RHD. Here is what I know in a quick scan:

    9852 - Black leather Interior

9291 - Genuine Leather interior (full) except for upper door rails and door pockets
    9347 - Tinted side windows
    9348 - Tinted windshield
9352 - Electrically heated and tinted 2 stage rear window
    9312 - RHD rear wiper (I think)
9242 - Headrests in Genuine Leather
9242 - 2nd headrest (each called out separately)
    9338 - unknown (to me)
    9265 - unknown (to me)
9341 - TTG Driving lights (NOT fog lights)
9464 - unknown (to me), sounds interesting though!
9433 - Electric antenna (right side)
9315 - Fender cutout chrome strips
    9280 - Electric windows (!)

    Clyde,

the first line of text talks about the Fahrzeug, i.e. the vehicle, being ' entdröhnt ', German for being equipped with a sound deadening package, then goes on to mention the location of the windshield wiper / washer levers on the left side of the steering column, and then mentions that the Hi-beam / directional lever is mounted on the right side of the steering column.

The rest you pretty much have spot on.

    Good Luck

    Some more thoughts below

9338 - NEBEL-SG - Fog something. Very close to U.S. option code for under the bumper fog lights, so could be a country code specific to that option. Or perhaps rear mounted fog light. Anyone know what 'SG' stands for?
9265 - CHROM KL - 92xx are interior options. Still unknown, but Chrome something... 'KL' anyone?
9464 - GRD. PRIX - 94xx is luggage or radio option group. So maybe a Becker Grand Prix?

the line in red should read: 9338 halogen fog lights - white under bumper

Weiss is german for white, gelb means yellow in german.

Code 9337 is for the white (weiss) lights, 9338 is for the yellow (gelb).

+1. Let's see what your new addition looks like present day.

Here is my car's lighting setup. It is exactly as the front of your car would have looked from the factory, aside from RHD lenses on the H1s and Euro turn signal lenses. Same paint color too...
