Wow, Clyde --- beautiful car! Congratulations

Rare car --- especially in RHD. How in the world did you find it? Was it something you looked for? Any more details about mileage/work done/etc?

And electric windows? I always understood that those weren't a 'regular' option 'till the following model-year. Is there any Story w/ those?

    Any plans for it? . . .

    . . . and congratulations, again

    Rick

Shear luck is how I found it.

I was not looking but a fellow Aussie (ex British citizen) has decided to quickly pull up stumps from Down Under and head to Prague to live.

He contacted me to ask about value etc for his car, I knew the car from our TYP 901 club we have over here and one thing led to another
and fortunately I was in a position to help him with a quick sale which was what he wanted.

There were only 5 such cars delivered into Australia and 35 into the UK so given the rest of the RHD world there may be less than 60 cars built in 69S RHD
    so your correct pretty rare.

The major story with this car was that it was ordered with wipers and indicator stalks swapped around so indicators on the RHS and a chrome folding light
in the engine bay (yet to see what that lloks like)

Car does not have a complete history nor a verfiied mileage but rear wiper and electric windows have definately been on the car since day 1

Not sure Paul there have been 2 owners between Zags and me Wayne sold it to Scott McKay I think who sold it to James Newton who sold it to me

I know the first owner just missing the 33 years in the middle although I do know who owned it from 1980 - 1983
