    Did all RS wheels (806.10) come with a plastic horn pad?

    Does anyone know what I have here? Part # is 914.347.088.10 dated 9/69. It was leather covered but is gone now just has the hard foam left that is over the plastic. Also has the factory drilled countersunk holes on the back for the 911 cancel ring.

    Probably very early 914 when it was still sold/badged as a VW/Porsche and marked with VW sign instead of Porsche traingle but already with a Porsche part number. Just guessing..

    Ok, I didn't notice the "VW" instead of the "P". You could be right but I have never seen that part # on a 380mm wheel before. (914.347.088.10)
