    Does anyone know which one goes with what type of car?

    John,

    Pretty sure the dual-scale is for '64 and up. The single scale is period correct but you don't see those associated with factory toolkit or even Messkos that were spare parts through a dealer.

    kidding aside, it was probably just a common air gauge you could buy from the same guy you bought your other tools from.
