FS: @eBay - 1960 Porsche 356 Coupe

Here we have a 1960 Porsche 356 Coupe, chassis # 113881. Last on the road in 1999 in Tennessee, this coupe was pulled from deep storage and with a fresh battery and gas we were able to drive it around the block (see attached video). The 12-volt conversion made the engine jump to life with very little effort. While it was a fun drive, the car has been sitting for more than a decade so all of the systems should be gone through before declaring it roadworthy. To protect the carbs and engine, we ran fresh gas through a bottle for our drive.

The car was probably last refreshed in the late '80s or early '90s, and you will find body filler and other signs of the times in the job. Please see the photos and you'll get an idea. This car is a great candidate for restoration, or you could get the mechanicals sorted and drive it. The engine fired easily with no smoking. The car stops on its own. The 12-volt conversion is a costly upgrade that these cars really benefit from -- one turn of the key and the starter is really spinning the engine to life.
