    Reported as fraud.

In addition, "listing practices" violated by requiring full payment and bypassing eBay (implied).

Here's the text from the ad:

"Private owner selling 1969 Porsche 912 only 38,000 miles. THE INTERIOR IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS AND ORIGINAL. The AC works well as does everything else in the car. Recent oil change and mechanical lookover completed. It has all the goodies and is a dream to drive.
It has been well maintained and never tracked or mishandled, perfect mechanical condition. I am sure you will love this car if you are looking for one!

I will take it down for the first person who pays 19,500 on the car.

If you want to purchase my car, you must take into account few steps:
    - whole amount must be transferred after BUY NOW
    - the car is available for test drive and inspection only during WEEKENDS or I can take care of delivery to anywhere in a proper time frame.

Do not press BUY NOW unless we discuss before you do that; so, please call me or text me at 702.763.3808

With the "Buy it Now" option you can own this 911 now and receive FREE SHIPPING *to your driveway. Not only is shipping free but we will handle all of the shipping arrangements and provide complete cargo insurance while in transit."

I like the "A/C works great" line. That's quite a feat considering there is no compressor or underdash unit...
